1st BRAZIL IN EASTERN AFRICA EXPO.
The EXPO will comprise of 4 days of Trade Exhibition, 2 days Conference, and a Brazilian Cultural week which will run concurrently. The EXPO will take place in Nairobi - Kenya from 22nd to 26thth March, 2011.
The 1st BRAZIL IN EASTERN AFRICA EXPO being the first of its kind in the region, will provide a major platform that will expose the exhibitors and business delegates to the extended common market of EAC with a growing robust market population in excess of over 130 million people as well as the EAC neighboring countries such as Sudan, DR Congo, Ethiopia and Somalia, with an estimate population of over 200 million people.
The Conference and Trade Fair will provide Brazilian Companies with opportunity to market their products in the region, deepen Commercial, social and bilateral relations between countries of Eastern Africa and Brazil.
Over 40 companies have so far confirmed their participation in the EXPO.

We expect over 3,000 business attendees and over 750 regional distributors from Eastern Africa Nations, of goods and services to attend this event. There will be several service booths that will provide essential support services to the exhibitors, so as to make sure that their comfort is taken care off. The service booths will provide the following support services, business translation services, travel & tours, car hire and taxi services, facilitation of business meetings, petty errands, internet and couriers services, printing and design services, booth management services, security and communication services, clearing and forwarding, amongst others.
The Expo is expected to attract over 8,000 business participants and will be the largest of this kind in Eastern Africa. The Key objectives of the Conference and Trade Fair will focus on the creation of market access for Brazilian Goods and business into the Eastern African Market and vice versa.
